Recently installed my hybrid flooring with perfect floors.
I shopped around and decided to go with them as their price was very competitive. Emailed them initially for a quote and they got back to me pretty quickly and arranged on site measurement. They arrived with the samples and were very helpful explaining and recommending the floor type.
I went to their store to pick the color on a Saturday. Very friendly team and even have free carpets there lol.
The installation took about 3 days, and the project manager provided updates and was quick on responses. I wasn’t able to be there due to work but was very glad to come back to a clean apartment with freshly installed flooring.

Very happy with Perfect Floors and the work they did. They replaced carpet with hybrid flooring in my home. The process was very smooth - a very quick quote and they started the work almost immediately, and the work was done to a very high standard. A lot of the competitors who quoted felt like pushy salespeople but Perfect Floors were helpful throughout the whole process.

Paul explained the quote and installation aspects very well, and the job went exactly as explained - no surprise costs on the day. He is the owner, always good to deal with the business owner. Five large rooms were carpeted, which we asked to be staggered over two separate days to allow for major furniture shifting. No problems. The installation went so smoothly, guys turning up exactly when they committed, and every room laid just great. I can see why they attract five star ratings. This is another one.

A very good piece of advice that will make most any carpet you purchase even more satisfying is to purchase the very best ‘high density’ underlay as the cost is reasonably affordable to upgrade to and it will make a huge amount of difference to the overall feel of your carpet.

My wife and I are extremely pleased that we chose Perfect Floors to refit our bedrooms with 4.5mm Premium Vinyl Planks.

The Customer experience from the initial phone call to having the inspection and quote (which included extremely valuable and expertly thought-through advice), to the actual removal of the carpets, through to the laying of the vinyl planks was first class.

The team at Perfect Floors was even able to complete the job within a very tight timeframe ... we had our new floors ready to walk on by 31/12/2024 ... a great way to start 2025 with a fresh new look.

Recently had LVP installed by Perfect Floors, the customer service from Lilly, Rod & Rob was excellent, very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions. Being able to take many samples home made the decision easy. Installation by Virtalik was incredible, amazing attention to detail.
